- Free Shipping: Orders of 3 bottles or more qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Range
- Delivery Area: We currently ship to eligible locations where shipping is available through our checkout.
- International Shipping: If international shipping is available for your location, shipping rates and delivery options will be shown at checkout.
- Unavailable Locations: If your address is not eligible for delivery, you may not be able to complete checkout for that location.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days, Monday through Friday.
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after the daily processing cut-off may begin processing on the next business day.
- No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Same-Day Processing
If you purchase same-day processing, your order will be prioritized for faster processing when available.
Same-day processing does not guarantee same-day delivery. It only means your order is prioritized for processing before standard orders.
Same-day processing may not be available on weekends, public holidays, or after carrier cut-off times.
Delivery Time
- Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Carrier Delays: Sahara is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control.
Shipping Process

- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
- Multiple Shipments: In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trysahara.com.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the address once the order has been processed or shipped. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Sahara is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
Lost or Damaged Items
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@trysahara.com.
- Required Photos: Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and photos of the packaging.
- Lost Orders: If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier.
- Marked Delivered: If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building/mailroom, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
Shipping Protection
If you purchased shipping protection, your order may be eligible for additional support in the event of loss, theft, or damage during shipping, subject to the terms shown at checkout or on the applicable shipping protection page.
Shipping protection does not cover incorrect addresses entered by the customer or delivery issues caused by customer error.
